The Bottle Behind the Story

Bottle of Asil Raicilla de la Sierra Anejo, barreled in American white oak, 45% ABV, beside an agave illustration

Agave hearts are steam-cooked, fermented with fibers, and slowly double-distilled over wood fire, creating a complex raicilla with subtle smokiness and deep ties to its origin.
