G4 Tequila’s new “Throwback” limited editions honor Felipe Camarena’s original vision with two collectible, unforgettable releases.
Some moments are worth reliving. At G4 Tequila, we believe that honoring our roots is the best way to shape what’s next. Today, we proudly introduce two special edition releases that celebrate the essence of our beginnings and the legacy of four generations of agave mastery: G4 Blanco Clásico and G4 Throwback Reposado.

On paper, it may sound like “just another Blanco” — but this is far from ordinary. The G4 Blanco Clásico is a bold revival: 90% of our iconic original Blanco blended with 10% fiber-fermented tequila, crafted from 8-year-old Blue Weber agave.
That fiber fermentation? It brings a richer texture and deeper vegetal character, adding layers of complexity without sacrificing the crisp, vibrant soul of the Blanco. As always, it’s made with stone oven cooking, tahona crushing, open-air fermentation, double distillation in copper stills, and a 50/50 mix of spring and rainwater. A classic, reimagined.

Felipe Camarena calls it “the best Reposado we’ve ever made.” And once you taste it, you’ll know why.
Aged for just 3 months — but through two distinct paths —this Throwback Reposado is split-aged: half in single-use American oak whiskey barrels, half in single-use sherry casks. The result? A lush, expressive flavor profile that blends roasted agave, black pepper, oak sweetness, dried fruit from the sherry, and a silky touch of vanilla.
It’s vibrant, complex, and unapologetically G4.
Each bottle features a replica label from G4’s original 2012 launch—a nostalgic nod to our journey. And with only 2,016 cases of each available, these bottles are true collector’s items. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Both releases will begin hitting shelves this month in AZ, CA, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, MA, MN, NJ, NV, NY, SC, TN, TX, and WI. State registrations and shipping schedules may vary, so keep an eye out at your favorite retailers.
Two bottles. One legacy.
Crafted to celebrate where we came from—and where we’re going next.
