Inviting scents of sweet cooked agave and rich honey, zesty citrus notes of grapefruit and a gentle, soft oak influence.

AÑEJO

Crafted from 7-year-old 100% Blue Weber agave in Jalisco's Valles region using deep well water, this ancestral Añejo is aged 16 months in American oak barrels. The agave is fire-roasted, hand-crushed, fermented with fibers, and double-distilled in copper stills.

Aroma:

Scents Cooked agave, prominent vegetal and herbal notes, light barrel oak, and a hint of smoke.

PALATE & FINISH:

Robust cooked agave, vanilla, herbs, and subtle smoke, ending in a minty, mineral-driven finish with lingering sweet caramel.
